Hunter Memorial Park is a newly renovated 8 million dollar complex, and is one of the nicest Dizzy Dean Parks in Georgia. This state of the art complex has 11 fields, 12 batting cages, and full concessions. The maintenance team keeps the fields up to the highest quality playing surface. This tournament averages 50 to 70 teams every year. The Greater Atlanta Open will have a 3 game guarantee. However, most teams will play between 3 & 5 games due to our Gold, Silver & Bronze format. The total number of brackets will be determined by the number of participating teams.
We will play Dizzy Dean rules (with a couple of small modifications) for this tournament, however, the tournament is open to any type of All-Star team (Dizzy Dean, USSSA, Ripken, Pony, Dixie Youth, Little League, etc...) Travel teams will not be allowed to participate in this tournament.
