      • Protest fee is $100.00 cash and will be refunded if protest is approved.
    • Ejections (manager, coach, player, or fan):
      • The first occurrence results in suspension for the game (removal from game site) and the following tournament game. The second occurrence during the tournament results in suspension for the remainder of the Tournament (removal from tournament site). Should in the sole opinion of the umpire(s), a Fan becomes unruly, out of control or exhibits improper behavior, one warning will be given to the team Manager. Any subsequent infractions shall cause for the ejection of both the Fan and the Manager.
    • Adverse Weather:
      • In the event of inclement weather we reserve the right to change the schedule and the changes could include weekday play. We will make every effort to get the tournament in. But if conditions dictate, game times, length and format can be adjusted. In the event of a total cancellation (zero games played) a $75.00 administration fee per team will be retained. If only one (1) game is completed, fifty percent of the entry will be refunded. If two (2) games are completed the entry fee will be considered satisfied.
